Since the early 1990s, the Alabama Water Ski Federation has led efforts to spread the sport of water skiing in the state.

The AWSA Board is composed of four individuals, each of whom shepherd the organization toward the achievement of our collective vision and goals. In addition to the Board, three Southern Region Council members serve as our representatives of the state at regional meetings.
